Attention to Detail: Changing from glass block to rain glass on the exterior and using a bright and airy color palette on the interior creates a modern and fresh look.  Designing a 28 mail box cabinet which also is used as an entry table gives each girl her own mailbox for more of a homey feeling.

Turn a dark dingy basement into a beautiful, elegant, fun, and inviting usable space for all of Theta to enjoy.  Creating different zones for specific tasks like crafting, library, study, and lounge areas allow the girls to have their own space in one room.

Must Haves: Take a worn and ugly entry way and create a bright and more functional space. Take unusable basement and create a space where sorority sisters could craft, study, have meetings, and watch movies.  Create storage for a large amount of chairs as well as laundry lockers for each girl that lived at the facility.

Client Response: Mindi is very easy to work with.  She listens to everything you have want, understands what the room is used for, and creates a design the exceeds your expectations.  We came to Mindi with an idea of what we wanted to do, bu we had no idea where to start.  Mindi took those ideas and ran with them in order to create a space that met everything we needed. “Kim Former President of Theta”
